This is our process:
I. CONSULTATION/ BOOKING.
Starts with client reaching out and expressing interest in wanting to do a photoshoot. Consultation includes discussion of photoshoot purpose, desired style, time and date, and any special request or requirements. Agreement of terms of conditions.
II. PHOTOSHOOT.
Arrival of photoshoot location. setup, and start of photoshoot. Photographer will provide posing, direction, and motivation. Also will direct with body language, facial expression, and any usage of props. Pictures taken during shoot will be previewed to client.
III. DELIVER MEMORIES.
Once Photoshoot is complete, Photographer will deliver all raw pictures to client via pixieset link through email. Client will select which pictures they want to include for editing. Once final edits are complete, all pictures or videos will be uploaded once again and sent out via pixieset through email.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
**SHOOTS MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE TO DESIRED SHOOT DATE, 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK*** ALL FUNDS SENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!! All tips are welcomed & greatly appreciated! Once photos are taken, I, PHOTOSBYIVAN LLC, reserves all rights to all photos.
—Accepted forms of payment—
The only payment methods accepted are the Card used on file to book the photoshoot, Debit, Credit, Chip insert, Tap payment, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cashapp.
You must initially use a card to book the photoshoot reserving the time and date.
—Turnaround Rates—
The normal process is the photoshoot, 1-3 days later you will receive the raw pictures. After that, normal turnaround for EDITS are a 7-10 business day (Business days are considered Monday-Friday/ Weekdays only) time frame from the date of your selections. See below for expedited options.
—-Expedited Services—-
1 day (Day after shoot) turnaround on Edits = $200
2-3 day turnaround on Edits = $150
3-5 day turnaround on Edits = $100
5-7 day turnaround on Edits = $50
Guaranteed expedited turnaround on edits start from the time you select which photos you want edited. The rate starts at $50 but depending on how many days you need the pictures back, the rate will increase. See above rates.
---Late Fee Policy---
You have a 5 minute grace period after the scheduled time of photoshoot. After 5 minutes you will be charged a $50 late fee. If you are 30 minutes or more late for your scheduled photoshoot, you will need to reschedule your shoot so it does not interfere with other scheduled activities and also will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee for the inconvenience.
All shoots are strategically timed to include setup, outfit changes, scene changes, location changes, etc. to provide quality work, timeliness is very important!
--- Rescheduling FEE ---
A $50 rescheduling fee will be charge if for some reason you cannot make your shoot and you want to shoot another day.
A $50 rescheduling fee will be charged if you decide you want to reschedule within a week of your shoot date.
---Arrival/ Outfit Changes---
It is optional to arrive to the Photoshoot with your first outfit already on, as there is a bathroom with a mirror you will be able to use to change. But, be mindful, any time it takes you to change any outfits at the beginning and throughout the photoshoot will count towards your scheduled time.
—-Weather Conflicts—-
1) You can try to still shoot but if you start the shoot you must finish it for whatever time u have allotted.
2) If you don’t start the shoot you can reschedule for no charge if there is inclement weather. This includes heavy winds, rain, snow, thunderstorm, tornadoes or hurricanes. If the weather isn't inclement as anticipated and you choose to reschedule you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.
---Props---
The photographer will not be responsible for any props. Clients will bring and be responsible for all desired props that must first be approved for usage from myself, the photographer
( PhotosByIvan LLC).
---Optional Fees include:---
$20 for all raw unedited photos
$20 for every extra Edit
$15 for every extra 15 minutes
